Building a real estate portfolio with a full-time job is already difficult enough, but doing so as an active-duty military presents entirely new challenges. Today’s guest has been able to build a portfolio of almost 300 units while in the Air Force.

Vincent started by building up approximately 20 units of small residential multifamily properties. He then joined a mentorship program to take it to the next level. Today’s he a full-time syndicator and soon to be exiting the military to pursue multifamily real estate full time.
