As of August 2022, he has completed more than $350,000,000 of real estate investment transactions. Justin has raised more than $68,000,000 of 3rd party investor funds from family offices and individuals – all of which have been successfully invested into cash flow producing real estate. He has successfully gone full cycle on 4 portfolios & 11 properties. In 2022 alone, he successfully raised $33,700,000 of investor equity to acquire $95,000,000 worth of real estate including 880 multifamily apartment units. Justin bought his first real estate investment in 2013.
